Everyone would agree that Donald Trump knows real estate--how to spot it and particularly when to buy it. In a recent interview with CNBC, Trump shared that now is a very good time to buy all types of real estate, including houses, in major U.S. markets like Denver.
According to Trump, "…the United States harbors great opportunities in real estate," and he suggests buying one of the many bank-owned properties on the market. The banks don't really want them and buyers can get unbelievable deals with very attractive financing terms, says Trump.
Miami is a great example of how things are changing, and it's almost too late to buy there as demand has increased substantially, driving up prices. Other places like metro Denver are still full of many great, affordable prospects.
Based on recent statistics, however, home prices may soon be increasing everywhere. Housing is the one sector of the U.S. economy that is performing above expectations, as evidenced by a 6.9 percent increase in housing starts in June 2012 and a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 760,000 units, the highest it's been in almost four years. Mortgage applications are also on the rise according to the Mortgage Bankers Association.
So if you're looking to buy Denver real estate, Donald Trump says, "This is the time." What better advice could you ask for!
